Where To Search Government Public Records for an Employee’s Criminal Past

What can you find out about a prospective employee’s possible criminal record? If you look in the right places, there’s a lot you can discover from government public records. It helps if you already know that the person has a record, and a little something about the crime committed. For example, if the law that was broken was a federal law, then you know that you need to search federal records. That will narrow down your search considerably, since you needn’t bother looking in municipal, county, or state records. And I would definitely recommend paying a small charge, and using an online search facility.
