My Son Wants To learn affiliate marketing

My son graduated from college eight years ago with a degree in business management, and with some very big dreams.  He has been feeling awfully frustrated about the fact that there are so many others out there who are living his own dream but he has yet to do it.  All he wants is to get his very own business, and he thinks the future lies in web based companies so that is what he would like it to be.  He is hoping to learn affiliate marketing and some other important concepts of doing business.  He told me he may take an online class or something.
