How Do You Convince Your Boss?

My boss came in with a list of things he would like to see covered in this course. I have searched many of the local schools, only to come up empty handed. I have found a few online schools that would be willing to work with him, and build a course around his needs. I have yet to talk to my boss about it though. He tends to be a bit old-fashioned about these things. I don’t know if I will be able to convince him to consider an online school. Even though, it is exactly what he is looking for in a course.
