Communications Audits
January 30, 2010 on 6:48 pm | By admin | In ReferenceIn my public relations class we learned how to do communications audits. These are basically a company evaluation. Within this evaluation the PR professional analyzes the company’s competition and compares vaious strengths and weaknesses. They also gather data that reveals the public’s opinion of your company.
However, one of the most useful aspects of the communications audit is the analysis of the attitudes of the employees towards their fellow co-workers as well as top level management. A company can’t function if it is falling apart internally. If you can keep your employees happy you will be twice as successful, because your employees will be a walking talking advertisement! The better you treat them the more they will refer your services.
