Night Time Routine

I don’t know how it happened, or when it started, but my child can not get to bed with out a night time routine that requires me doing all the work.  It started with one stuffed animal that he got used to sleeping with.  Then a few months later I was looking all over the house for two stuffed animals and an action figure doll.  Last night, I spent an hour finding all the toys I thought he needed to slip into dream land when he informed me that he just could not sleep with all those toys taking up his space on his bed. I quickly tossed them to the floor and told him to goodnight, that’s when he told me they cant take up his bed, but need their own.  Right when I thought I was in the clear, I had to spend 20 minutes making a special bed for them to sleep on. Some toys have all the luck.
