Eat raw vegetables to help you reduce belly fat!

The vegetables are the natural sources of energy with a lot of essential nutrients that strictly meet the demands of our body for its normal maintenance and energy. The present day lifestyle has mostly ruled out the inclusion of healthy vegetables in the diet. To reduce belly fat, one should develop the habit of eating vegetables raw. It is because by cooking the vegetables we can lose some of the essential nutrients and vitamins by way of denaturation process. Try eating carrots, lettuce, cucumber and some more vegetables of your choice together as salads. You could also add some spices and squeeze lemon over it to make the salad tastier.
