I Helped My Grandmother

My grandmother called me yesterday. She bought a computer a few months ago and she calls me every time that she has a question. She wanted to know why her computer was suddenly running so poorly. This afternoon I stopped by her house. I installed PC Health Advisor for her. I also scanned her computer for viruses and ran a lot of other routine maintenance programs. I got her computer to run like new again. I asked her if she had been taking care of her computer’s routine maintenance and she looked at me blankly. That look told me a whole lot.
