The Delectable Pollo a la Brasa

Pollo a la Brasa is an authentic Peruvian dish made with lemon, aji, garlic, pepper, cumin, achiote and huacatay paste. It is said to have originated in Lima in the 1950′s by a man named Roger Schuler who created it after watching his cook, though this is all speculation. Pollo a la Brasa is prepared by marinating a chicken in the above mentioned spices (obviously the recipe will vary depending upon who is cooking the chicken) for at least three hours and then roast it at around 380 degrees for fifty minutes. The end result is a delectable and truly memorable Peruvian meal often served with french fries and a side salad.

It Took me a Long Time

I love Portugal. It’s so warm there, and the people are incredibly welcoming. Besides that, the architecture is fascinating and the country is rich with history. I visit the area quite often, but it took me a long time to actually decide to buy some Silver Coast Property and build a home there. I think I was just afraid to move away from the country I knew. I’m so glad that I finally took the plunge! Living here is even better than visiting. I can take a trip to the beach any time I want, and I have learned so much more about the local culture than I did when I was simply a tourist.

We Wish We Could Stay Forever At Marlborough Holiday Homes!

My family has found a new favorite spot.  We have traveled the world, and while we have been fortunate to see so many beautiful and unique spots, I think that there is simply nothing comparing to the place where I now sit.  I found the Marlborough Holiday Homes listed as an option on a travel website that I frequent, and after viewing some of the photos I became intrigued.  All it took to convince my family was to say the word trip, and soon we were off.  We are so happy here, and are so enjoying the lovely scenery and the incredibly nice residents.  We would love to stay forever.

Being the parents of three-year-old triplets, we were searching for a rich family experience that we could share with our little ones. So many vacations revolve around adult activities only that it makes it hard to find suitable family vacations that can include little children. When we booked our vacation at Arizona log cabins, we had great hopes of a fun family time. This amazing hidden meadow surpassed even our greatest wishes. These luxury cabins provided us with all the necessities that we have come to depend on with the added enjoyment of the freedom on nature. Surrounded by majestic mountains, the setting could not have been more wonderful. We all want to return as soon as we can.

Terrible timing

I could not believe the timing of things when it came time for us to go on our vacation. We had a lease vehicle at the time and stupidly I had not checked the mileage on it. Part of the agreement of the lease is that I do put more than twenty thousand miles on it. Our upcoming trip would have gone over that mark so I desperately had to get hold of the car rental place and organize a vehicle for us to use for our trip. As you can imagine, my girlfriend went a bit mad at me for not checking this, but to be fair she actually had no idea of the agreement until I told her about the problem.
