Get Enough Rest After Vertical Jump Training

You may have heard about a lot of different things that are crucial to improving your vertical, and you should listen to them. But, probably the most important part of your vertical jump training doesn’t even occur during the training. It is getting enough rest. If you do not get enough rest then you will not have enough energy to do your workouts. Another benefit of getting enough rest is your muscles have time to build back up after a hard workout. Sleep is crucial to anything, but it is even more important to any of the numerous vertical jumping exercises.
