Although it sounds great in theory, a zero deductible health insurance plan may not be the best option for you or your family. Since there are no out-of-pocket costs for you when you visit the doctor’s office or emergency room, these plans tend to be quite expensive when it comes to the monthly cost. Perhaps a better option, especially if you are in good health, would be to choose a plan that has a higher deductible but with a lower monthly cost.

Our son graduated from college a year ago and after graduation he moved in with us. We were happy to have him at first because we love him and wanted to help him get on his feet. I had no idea that getting a Health Insurance policy could be so easy. I had always assumed that it was a huge ordeal with a lot of paperwork and legal details.
