February 2, 2010 on 6:49 pm | By | In Arts

One day I was walking down the street, and I heard some music blaring from far away. I wasn’t in a hurry, so I decided to venture over and see what was going on. I love music and am always looking for new bands, so I wanted to see if this would be an opportunity to discover someone new. When I got there, they were handing out music posters. The band was playing, but they had all sorts of band posters, not just of the one that was playing.

I thought it was a great idea of promoting their band. They gave away probably 250 or more band posters and even gave away some free tickets to concerts. I was glad to be able to take away a music poster of the band that was playing and even won one of the two pairs of tickets they gave away! If you are ever roaming around the streets and hear some music, be sure to check it out.
